  BLACKMORE, Mrs. Cecil At the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, January 29, 1976, Alfreda Spracklin of 10 Westgate Court, Apt. 227, in her 63rd year. Beloved wife of Cecil Blackmore and beloved mother of Betty (Mrs. Victor Devine), Cambridge, dear sister of Steve Spracklin, Mrs. Beryl Adams, Mrs. Florence Hann and Mrs. May Pynn all of Bell Island, Newfoundland and Elsie (Mrs. Ivan Wingrove), Cambridge. Also surviving are five grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Rasting at Coutts and Son Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews St., Galt, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral and committal services will be held from the funeral home chapel, on Monday, February 2, at 2 p.m. Interment, Mount View Cemetery.
