  BICKFORD Edward John At the Hamilton General Hospital, on Monday, April 27th., 1987, in his 68th year. Edward Bickford late of 142 Woodside Avenue No. 210, beloved husband of Flora Hutchings, loving father to Ralph and his wife Rosalind, Maxwell and his wife Laura, Rowena and her husband James Spencer, Evelyn and her husband Doug Warning, Phyllis and her husband David Percival all of Cambridge. He will be dearly missed by his 11 grandchildren. He is survived by his brothers; George, Reuben, Vincent, Ambrose, Ralph all of Cambridge and is predeceased by his brother, Jonny and sisters; Sarah and Annie. Mr. Bickford has been a resident of Galt, for the past 23 years, after coming from Bell Island Newfoundland. He worked in the mines in Bell Island for 23 years and retired from Canadian General Tower, two years ago. He was a member of Trinity Anglican Church and the Galt Newfoundland Club. Family will receive friends at Coutts and Son Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, on Wednesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funral service to be conducted from Trinity Anglican Church, Thursday, April 30th., 1987 at 1:00 p.m. with Canon Birtch officiating, Intermanet at Mount View Cemetery.
