  BENTLEY, Ernest Charles At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, February 28th., 1988, in his 80th. year. Beloved husband of Violet (Whittaker) Bentley and dear father of Raymond and his wife Joan and Ruth (Mrs. Yashwant Barar) all of Cambridge; dear brother of Jack of Cambridge, Rose Dolson of Cambridge and Margaret Hawke of London, England. Also survived by 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was predeceased by a brother and a sister. Before his retirement he had worked as a Textile Worker with Narrow Fabrics and also with Stauffer-Dobbie. He was a member of the Salvation Army and was a former Bandsman. Resting at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street Cambridge, where friends will be received on Monday (today), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral and Committal service will be held from the funeral home chapel, on Tuesday, March 1st., 1988, at 2:30 p.m. Interment, Mount View Cemetery, Cambridge.
