  BOOMER, George Robert Passed away at the Stratford General Hospital, on Tuesday, October 17, 1995. George Boomer of Stratford, born in Galt, 67 years ago, the son of Marjorie Boomer of Cambridge and the late George Boomer. Dear husband of the former Louise Shanks, father of Sandra Prosper and her friend Ray Kiernbaur of Fullerton, Bob and his wife Dianne, Colleen and her husband Ed Tiemans of Tavistock. Sadly missed by his eight grandchildren. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Galt Branch #121. Relatives and friends may call the Glenndinning Funeral Home "Krug Chapel", 47 Woodstock Street South, Tavistock, on Thursday evening, from 7 - 9 p.m. At noon on Friday, transfer will be made to the Spruce Lodge Chapel, 639 West Gore Street, Stratford, for the service at 2 p.m. Reverend Bill James-Abra will officiate.
