  THE LATE MRS. RADIGAN We announced last week as we went to press, that Mrs. Radigan had died that afternoon. The deceased was well-known in Galt and vicinity having lived here nearly 40 years. Her maiden name was Bridget O'Conner and she was born in Roscommon, Ireland, in 1814. She came to Canada with her husband, in 1846 and settled near Galt, moving latter on into town, about the year 1856 and has resided here ever since. She leaves a husband, four sons and two daughters. John of Hamilton, Edward, Martin, Patrick, Miss Winnifred and Mrs. Oliver Cooper all residing in Galt. The funeral took place on Saturday morning, from her husband's residence, North Water St., to the Catholic Church, thence to the R. C. Cemetery and was very largely attended by a large number of the deceased lady's friends and relatives. The Weekly Reformer 24 Mar 1893 pg 1
