  CLEMMER, Rosa Maria (Almeida) Passed away peacefully, at Lisaard House Cambridge, on Friday, September 6, 2013, in her 58th year. Beloved wife of Chris Clemmer. Loving mother of Taylor Clemmer and Marissa Clemmer both of Cambridge and granddaughter Kaylee. Also survived by her mother, Lidia Almeida and her brother, Milton Almeida and sister, Susan Fonseca (Manuel) all of Cambridge, and two nephews, Justin and Brandon. Predeceased by her father Manuel Almeida. Rosa was born on June 1, 1956 in Sao Miguel Azores and has lived in Cambridge, since 1969. The family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home 96 St. Andrews St. Cambridge, on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, from 2-4 p.m and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gregory's R. C.
