• Notes

  This impressive 2-storey hip-roofed red brick circa 1915 residence at the park entrance was built for Louis Sattler of Sattler Leather Goods. It has a substantial full-width brick verandah with partial balcony over the central portion. and bay windows flanking the front door. Newer metal now clads the verandah ceiling, dormer, soffits and fascias. This is one of the larger lots on the street. and formerly included the lot where No. 71 is now located.
