  MENDES, Manuel Peacefully, at St. Andrew's Terrace, Cambridge, on Friday, September 14, 2012, at the age of 90. Predeceased by his wife Maria "Madalena" Mendes (2010). Manuel will also be fondly remembered by his family and friends. Manuel was a longtime resident of Cambridge (Galt) and an employee of the University of Waterloo. Manuel rested at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family received friends Monday, September 17, 2012, from 9-9:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial, was celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, Elgin St. N., Cambridge, on Monday, September 17, 2012, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount View Cemetery.
