  A-1-67 Peter Daly, In matters of the Estate of Peter Daly, late of the Village of Ayr, deceased, rendered by John Duthie, the Attorney appointed by Ann Daly, the Administratrix to the estate. The account says:- Notes and Accounts due to the Estate of Peter Daly, with Interest to 1 Janry 1853 £78/10./8. Notes and Accounts against the Estate of Peter Daly, £157/9/5. Balance against the Estate £72/18/0. [note saying]"it is in fact £66/18/9" In the Surrogate Court, County of Waterloo. John Duthie, of the Village of Ayr. Agent of Ann Daly the Administratrix of the Estate of Peter Daly, late of the said Village of Ayr, dec'd. maketh solemn Oath and saith, that the annexed account relating to the said Estate, and rendered by him…are strictly true and correct… Sworn at Berlin on the 27 February 1855.
