  FERGUSON, MABEL GERTRUDE (Nee Roszell) Wife of John A. Ferguson. At her home, 376 Dundas St. in Galt. Mrs. Ferguson underwent an operation two weeks ago and was believed to be well on the road to recovery, when she suffered a heart attack last evening and died suddenly on Tuesday, July 19, 1938. She was in her 45th year. Born in Puslinch, Mrs. Ferguson went to Galt some twenty-six years ago. She was a member of First United Church, where she was very active in the Ladies' Aid and various other organizations within the church. Surviving are her husband; one son, Walter, at home; her father, Isaac Roszell of Galt; one brother Fred Roszell of Puslinch. The service, from her residence on Thurs., July 21st at 3, was conducted by Rev. C. C. MacDonald of First United Church and was largely attended. Pallbearers: W. Roszell of Puslinch; E. Roszell of Puslinch; N. McDonald of the Clyde Road; A. D. Ferguson of Hespeler; J. W. Brown of the 9th concession of Beverly; and A. Turnbull of Toronto.
