  DEATH OF FLORENCE ROOS Florence May eldest daughter of Mr. J. H. Roos, passed quietly to her rest on Easter Monday evening after a long illness. The news of her death will cause sorrow to many hearts for her winning manner and sweet disposition had endeared her to a large circle of friends and acquaintances who will mourn the promising life so early closed. St. John's Church will feel her loss keenly as she took a deep interest in Sunday School and church work, and her affectionate nature made her a general favorite. She was only in her sixteenth year and the bereaved family will have the sympathy of every one in their sorrow at the early close of such a bright and promising life. The funeral will take place on Friday afternoon, the 4th inst., at 2 o'clock. Berlin New Record 1 Apr 1901
