- Probably from the Kitchener News Record.
November Wedding-1910 The residence of Mr. Thos. Clayfield, Conestogo, was the scene of a pretty house wedding on Monday, Oct 31st, at 3 p.m., when his second daughter, Annie Julia, was married to Frank Henry, only son of Mr. and Mrs. H.F.W. Lorenz, Waterloo. The knot was tied by the Rev. Dr. Scanlan, of Elmira. About 50 invited guests were present from Berlin, Hamilton, Curtsville and Waterloo. The bride looked very beautiful, as she entered the parlour, which was prettily decorated with evergreens, leaning on the arm of her father. She was attired in a dream silk-voile dress, trimmed with satin and all over lace, and wore a beautiful wreath of orange blossoms and veil. She also carried a bouquet of white carnations. The bride was attended by her sister, Lizzie, of Toronto, who wore a white silk over pink. The groom was supported by his cousin, Mr. Henry Motschman, of New Hamburg. The young couple will reside in Stratford.

Happily Married A very happy event was celebrated here at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Clayfield on Monday afternoon, when at 3 o'clock their second daughter Annie, was united in wedlock to Mr. Frank Lorenz, son of Mr. and Mrs. H.F.W. Lorenz, of Waterloo. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Dr. Scanlon of Elmira in the presence of about 60 invited guests. Mr. Henry Mothman of New Hamburg acted as groomsman, while Miss 'Lizzie' Clayfield, sister of the bride, assisted the bride. The presents were numerous and handsome. After a sumptuous wedding dinner the time was spent in games and the the evening in dancing. The young couple left immediately for their future home in Stratford, followed by the best wishes of their many friends. The Chronicle joins in wishing them a long and happy married life
