  William Kuntz Funeral Held - Funeral services were held Monday morning from the residence, 167 King St. S., to St. Louis Church, for William A. Kuntz, retired president of the Kuntz Brewery Ltd. Entombment was made at Woodland Mausoleum. Mr. Kuntz, who died Friday evening after a lengthy illness, was a lifelong and highly esteemed resident of Waterloo. Mr. Kuntz succeeded his brother, David Kuntz, to the presidency of the Kuntz firm upon the latter's death in October, 1914. He retired from the position in 1929 when the brewery was incorporated with the Brewing Corporation, now the Canadian Breweries Limited, but resigned from this office after a few years. Mr. Kuntz was a member of St. Louis Church, Waterloo, and of the Waterloo Club. Surviving are his wife, one son, William Jr., and one daughter, Anne, at home, one brother, Herbert F. Kuntz, manager of the amalgamated Carling-Kuntz Breweries, and two sisters, Mrs. Caroline Fischer, Waterloo, and Mrs. J. J. Roche, Toronto. The Waterloo Chronicle Sep 1 1939
