  FLORENCE LOUISE MARSLAND (BAUER) - Passed away peacefully, at the K-W Health Centre of the Grand River Hospital on Saturday January 7, 2006 at the age of 95 years. Florence was born on May 10, 1910 in Mitcham, Surrey, England and came to Canada with her parents, George and Margaret Bauer, when she was two years old. Florence was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Marsland in 1988, by her parents and all eight of her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, Larry and his wife Margaret; grandson, Brad and his wife Kathy, granddaughter, Melaine Hanson and her husband Rupert; four great-grandchildren, Alexandra, Samuel, Stanley and Emily and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to share their memories of Florence with her family at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Tuesday January 10, 2006 from 12 noon - 2 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Florence's life will be held in the Chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday at 2 p.m. In terment will follow in Parkview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Florence may be made to the Florence Louise Marsland Fund at the KW Community Foundation and can be arranged throug h the funeral home.
