- County Judge Dead - Judge E.J. Hearn passed away at his home in Kitchener on Tuesday, March 26th. He had not been in the best of health for some time and was confined with an attack of pneumonia only a few days prior to his demise. His unexpected death was a shock to his many friends. The late Judge Hearn succeeded the late Judge Reade was senior Judge of Waterloo County in 1917. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and of the I.O.F. and a true Catholic in relation. He leaves his widow and family of grown up sons and daughters to mourn his passing. The funeral to the Catholic Mausoleum at the Catholic Mausoleum at Kitchener.
