- NOTICE TO CREDITORS
In the Matter of the Estate of Jacob A. Wagner, late of the Township of Waterloo, County of Waterloo, Gentleman, Deceased.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Trustee Act, R. S. O.. 1914, Chapter 121, that all persons having any claims or demands against the late Jacob A. Wagner. who died on or about the 6th day of December, 1910, are required to send by post prepaid, or to deliver to the undersigned Solicitor, or Jacob W. Schmidt, of the said Township of Waterloo, farmer, and Henry W. Schmidt of the Township of Woolwich, of the said County of Waterloo, farmer, Executors of the estate of the deceased, on or before the 10th day of March, 1927, their names and addresses with full particulars in writing of their claims and statement of their accounts, and the nature of the security (if any) held by them.
AND NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that after the last mentioned date the said Executors will proceed | to distribute the estate of the said deceased amongst the persons en- titled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have notice, and the said Executors will not be liable for the said assets, or any part thereof, to any person of whose claim they shall not then have received notice.

Another Waterloo Pioneer Gone To Rest.
Another of the pioneers of the County, Jacob A. Wagner, passed away quietly Tuesday, Dec. 6th, at the home of his grandson, Mr. Jacob W. Schmidt, at the ripe age of 82 years. Deceased was born in Germany in 1828, and came to this country at the age of fourteen and spent his youth- ful days in Waterloo He was married in 1851 in Waterloo to Sophia Hammel. She died two years ago in August They lived for a few years in Waterloo where he followed waggon-making. Then they moved to the farm, where he remained until his death Deceased was able to be up and about until Monday last Since then the infirmities of age have closed rapidly upon him, but his mind was clear until near the last. He attended the Evangelical church, Waterloo. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Mr. Wing, and took place at 1 o'clock Friday, to Waterloo for internment. Deceased leaves one daughter, Lucy who has always remained at home.
