  WOLF, Joseph (Joe) At Bankside Terrace, on Saturday, Dec. 6, 1997, after a brief illness, Joe Wolf, formerly of Willow Street, Waterloo, aged 71 years. Joe was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and had been employed for Dahmer Steel Ltd., for 30 years, retiring in 1990. Father to David and his wife Teresa of Waterloo and Ronald of Kitchener; brother to Frank and his wife Marie of Aylmer; two grandchildren, Christopher and Emily also survive. Predeceased by his parents, Mary and Frank Wolf; his wife, Loretta in 1990. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener this evening (Monday) from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m., with Pastor Joseph Habibullah officiating. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery. Donations to St. John's Lutheran Church or the Canadian Cancer Society, may be made as expressions of sympathy. Reception to follow in the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre. ________________ Joseph Wolf was born on January 6, 1926 in Yugoslavia to parents Frank and Mary. The family moved to Canada when Joe was a little lad of 5 years of age. He grew up in Aylmer. Some 45 years ago, he met and married Loretta Kuepfer. The union was blessed with two sons, David and Ronald. For 30 years Joe was employed at Dahmer Steel Ltd., retiring from this work situation in 1990. Seen by those close to him as a very quiet reserved individual, he was also described as a caring father, a proud and living grandfather who was at all times a most gracious and kind gentleman. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Frank Wolf and Loretta, he leaves to mourn his sons David (wife Teresa) and Ronald; grandchildren Christopher and Emily; brother Frank (wife Marie), nephew Brian and nieces Susan and Bonnie, other relatives and friends of his church family at St. John's Lutheran Church. Joe will be buried at Woodland Cemetery, there to rest until the Lord Jesus Christ comes again to receive his own unto himself. So shall he ever with His Lord.
