    • WEBER, Lydia - Peacefully, at St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener, Lydia, died, on Saturday morning, February 28, 2004, with her family at her side. She was 79. Beloved wife and best friend of Irvin Weber for 59 years; dear mother of Floyd Weber and his wife Marlene of Kitchener, Ron Weber and his wife Marlene of Petersburg, Betty Kieffer of Kitchener and Murray Holtzworth and his wife Judy of Tavistock. She will be lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren, Michelle and Dave, Paul, Jeff, Brad, Steven, Lisa, Kim and Tim, Sherry and Rob and Trevor and six great-grandchildren, Matthew, Sadie, Emily, Cassandra, Travis and Tori. Sister to Harold and his wife Helen Holtzworth of Kitchener, Alberta Oesch of Tavistock, Seleda Wagenknecht of Kitchener and sister-in-law to Matilda Gingrich, Hannah and Moses Martin, Mary Ann and Edgar Martin, Clarence and Delphine Weber, Cleason and Mary Weber, Anna and Emerson Martin, Elvina Lichti, Mary Martin and Barbara Weber. She was predeceased by her parents, Mary Ann (Knarr) and Albert Holtzworth; brother, Carl Holtzworth and brothers-in-law, Julius Wagenknecht, Clayton Oesch, Ivan Gingrich, Ammon Martin, Edwin Lichti and Manassa Weber. Friends and relatives were invited to share their memories of Lydia with her family at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, from 7-9 p.m., Monday and are invited (today) Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The service to celebrate Lydia's life and faith will be held at Erb Street Mennonite Church, Waterloo, on Wednesday, March, 3, 2004 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Allan Rudy-Froese and Rev. Laurence Martin officiating. Interment to follow at Erb Street Mennonite Church. Following the committal service at the cemetery, friends and relatives are invited to return to the church for refreshments and a time to visit with the family. In memory of Lydia, donations to World Vision, Erb Street Mennonite Church or Mennonite Central Committee would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy and can be arranged though the funeral home, phone 745-8445 or www.edwardrgood.com
