  PARDOE, Brenda - Passed away at the KW Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Monday, April 20, 2009, with her family by her side, at the age of 58. Lovingly missed by her daughter, Kim; son-in-law, Mike Connors; grandchildren, Brandon and Ashley; her parents, Charles and Margaret McEvoy; her brother, Bill McEvoy; her sisters, Gail (Gary) Rains, Peggy (Wayne) Marlatt, Charleen (Paul) Berkers and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Larry Pardoe and infant son, Franklin McChesnie. Brenda retired from Mutual Life/Clarica/Sunlife in December 2008 as a long service employee of 38 years. Friends and family are invited to visit at the Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa Street South (at Westmount Rd.), Kitchener on Thursday, April 23, 2009 from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m. Vigil prayers will be held at 7:45 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 24, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament RC Church, 305 Laurentian Drive, Kitchener, with interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. A reception will be held at the Westmount Funeral Chapel following the interment and all are welcome to attend. The family extends a deep and sincere thank you to each doctor, nurse and ICU team member at the Grand River Hospital KW Health Centre that provided care to Brenda - your compassion is appreciated beyond words.
