He was a lifelong member of St. James'-Rosemount United Church, Kitchener ON, where he was a former Board member, choir member, past president and life member of the AOTS. He was also a member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 50, Kitchener and served overseas with RCOC during the Second World War. Clare was a member and past president of the K-W Chapter of UOA (United Ostomy Association). Clare's siblings are Harold, Helen Potter, Pearl Squires and Jean Maguire, all of Clinton. Beloved husband of Blanche (nee West) for 50 years. Loving father of Brian and his wife Beverley of Calgary, Nancy and her husband Bill Nichols of Whitby, Gary and his wife Lois of Leduc Alberta., Carol and her husband Milovan Mihailovich of Toronto , Judy Rotteveel and fiance John Fedoriuk of Edmonton.
