      BAMBERG. - In ill health for the past year, George K. Doerbecker, 80, died at his home near Bamberg on Monday. He spent his entire life on the farm where he was born and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Erbsville.

      His wife predeceased him seven months ago and he is survived by two sons, Edward and William at home, and two daughters, Miss Clara Doerbecker at home and Mrs. Reinhold Huehn of Waterloo, one brother, Henry of Erbsville, and one sister, Mrs. Conrad Heimpel of Waterloo, and one grandchild.

      The funeral was held Thursday afternoon from the Letter and Dreisinger Funeral Home to Erbsville cemetery. Rev. Karl Knauff, pastor of the Erbsville church, conducted the services.

      ERBSVILLE. \emdash The death of Mr. George Doerbecker occurred at his home on the Bamberg Road on New Years' Day. after a lengthy illness. Mr. Doerbeckeér was a life-long resident of this locality and was a member of St Paul's Lutheran Church. He died at the age of 80 years.

      He is survived by two sons, Edward and William at home, two daughters Clara at home and Liszetta, Mrs. Reinhardt Huehn of Waterloo, one grandchild, one brother, Henry of Erbsville and one sister Mrs Conrad Heimpel of Waterloo. His wife predeceased him about seven months ago.

      The funeral was held on Thursday afternoon at the Letter-Dreisinger Funeral Home. Interment was made at the Erbsville Cemetery. Rev. K. Knauff will conduct the servvice.
