      WELLESLEY, March 29. - Mrs. Andrew Streicher, nee Margaret Ruthig, a former resident of Wellesley, passed away at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Arthur Thomas, 354 Nelson Street, Stratford, yesterday. She was in her 86th year, and had been ill three months. She was born at New Hamburg in 1859, and was a member of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Wellesley. Her husband predeceased her nine years ago.

      Two sons, John, of Wellesley; and George of Tavistock; three daughters, Mrs. Henry Glasser and Mrs. Arthur Thomas of Stratford, and Mrs. Jack Stone of Kitchener, survive Mrs. Streicher. Also surviv Ing are two brothers, Louis Ruthig of New Hamburg and Herman Ruthig of Lisbon, Ont., and four sisters: Mrs. Louise Wettlaufer of Lisbon; Mrs. Elizabeth Schmehl of Wellesley; Mrs. Amella Kalbfleisch of Toronto; and Miss Robina Ruthig of Lisbon.

      A public funeral service will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. from the home of Mrs. Thomas, Stratford, where the remains are now resting. and a later public service at First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Wellesley, with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. C. W. Kraemer will officiate.
