    • JACOB ZIEGLER

      Jacob Ziegler, a well known resident of Heidelberg, died at his home In that village this morning after a lingering illness. He was in his 75th year. Mr. Ziegler was born in Heidelberg and resided there on a farm all his life.

      He is survived by his wife, two sons, Harry and Herman of Heidelberg, four daughters, Mrs. Ed. Hartung. Mrs. H. Roeder and Mrs. Wm. Battler of Heidelberg and Miss Elsie Ziegler at home, also two brothers, Henry of Waterloo and Louis of Brandon, Man., four sisters, Miss Kate and Rose Ziegler of Detroit, Mrs. Wm. Veitel of Waterloo, Mrs. Wm. Schaefer, Heldelberg. Ten grandchildren and one great grand child also survive.

      The funeral will be held Friday at 2 o'clock from the residence. thence to Heldelberg Lutheran church. Interment will be made at Heidelberg Lutheran cemetery.
