  Mrs. . Ann Marie Foerter, 84, died early today at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Adolph Dietz, Howick Township, following a stroke. She had been ill two weeks. A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Reis she was born at Normanby Township, Feb. 20, 1869. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Clifford. Her husband, the late Nicholas Foerter, died May 12, 1930. The couple were married 60 years ago at Normanby. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. George (Lorena) Hamilton, New Liskeard; Mrs. Adolph (Frieda) Dietz, Clifford; Mrs. Eckhardt (Emma) Huras, Kitchener; Mrs. Ernest (Lucinda) Eicholz, and Mrs. Henry N. (Eleanor) Miller, both of Hanover; two brothers, Adam, Clifford and William, Harriston, and five [sic]sisters, Mrs. Nicholas Brautigam, Hanover; Mrs. John Milligan, Mrs. George Stroh, Mrs. John Wolfe, and Mrs. Lot Viney, all of Clifford, and Mrs. Harry (Ebesau?), Chesley. One son, Harold, died in January, 1951 and one sister, Mrs. Henry Koopman, died six years ago. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
