  SMIDT, Joseph At St. Mary's Hospital, on Friday, Sept. 22, 1989. age 89 years, Joseph Smidt, born in Croatia, on January 5, 1900. Dear father of Joe Smidt of Florida; dear brother of Emma (Mrs. Karatuovic) of Kitchener; dear grandfather of Joe and Joan Smidt. He is also survived by four nephews, all of Kitchener. Visitation at the Schreiter- Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., Kitchener, from 7-9 p.m. today (Saturday).
