    • JACKSON, George D.- At St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, on Saturday, May 18, 1974, after a brief illness, in his 76th year, George Jackson of 55 Spadina Rd. E., Kitchener; a member of Zion United Church, Branch 50 of the Kitchener legion, the Kitchener Horticultural Society and a retired employee of Master Woodcraft. Mr. Jackson served overseas with the 71st Batallion during the First World War; born in Goole, Yorkshire, England, a son of the late Robert Jackson and Sarah Lazenby; a resident of Kitchener for the past 55 years; survived by his wife the former Ruby Musclow, two daughters, Ruth (Mrs. Robert Decher) and Shirley (Mrs. Morris Glilth), both of London, Ont.; six grand- children and two great-grand- children.

      Funeral service was held today at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, 51 Benton St., Kitchener, with Rev. Fred Roberts of Zion United Church, officiating. Interment was held in the soldiers' plot at Woodland cemetery.

      Donations to the Ontario Heart Foundation will be accepted as expressions of sympathy and can be placed through the funeral home.
