  John S. Freiburger 57. City Ice & Fuel Co. employee, died today, in his home, 1903 Maple road. Sparingville, after a long illness. He was born July 3. 1894. in St. Clements, Ont. He enlisted in the U S. Army at Bad Axe April 30. 1918. and served with Co. A. 31st Engineers.. He was discharged Aug. 25. 1919. at Camp Sherman. 0. He was a member of Charles Schoor post No. 796. VFW, and of the Holy Name Society of St. Christopher Catholic church, Marysville. He had lived in Sparlingville seven years. Mr. Freiburger is survived by his widow Mrs. Cecilia Freiburger, and two daughters, Miss Rita Freiburger and Miss Joan Freiburger, all of Sparlingville: his father. John Freiburger. St. Clements: five brothers. Leo Freiburger and Edward Freiburger, both of Detroit, and Robert Freiburger, Joseph Freiburger and Engelbert Freiburger, all of St. Clemens. and four sisters, Mrs. John Ditner and Mrs. Emil Aumig, both of St. Clements; Mrs. Olive Schnarr. Waterloo. Ont., and Mrs. Alfred Herteis, Blair, Ont. The remains are In the Karrer-Simpson funeral home. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
