    • Margaret "Helen" Hall Wilson Sedlmeir passed away Friday, September 22, 2017 in Denison Texas.

      Memorial Services will be 10:00AM, Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Bratcher Funeral Home Chapel in Denison, Texas with Pastor Cheryl Murphy of Waples United Methodist Church, Denison, Texas.

      Graveside services will be 2:00PM, Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Blanchard Cemetery in Blanchard, Oklahoma.

      Helen was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.

      Helen loved life, was a wonderful homemaker, enjoyed traveling and was an avid reader. She had a dry sense of humor that was appreciated by everyone. She became Chairman of the Board of the Boswell State Bank in Boswell, OK upon the death of her husband, James M. Wilson, in 1983. She married Marcus J. Sedlmeir in 1984.

      Helen was preceded in death by her parents; Homer Cleo Hall and Carmen Barefoot Hall; husband James M. Wilson and husband Marcus J. Sedlmeir; granddaughter Julie D. Scibek Turner Thompson and her great granddaughter Margaret Michelle "Maggie" Turner.

      She is survived by her daughters Nancy Maynard and husband Ronnie Maynard of Purcell, OK; Alice Sue "Susie" (Scibek) Wilson of Purcell, OK and M. Jane Wilson of Denison, TX; grandsons, James Maynard and wife Heidi Maynard, Than Maynard and wife Sally Maynard, and Paul Wunderlick; granddaughter, Stephanie Strangis and great grandchildren, Ethan Thompson, Savannah Strangis, Ryan Maynard, Evan Maynard, Alex Maynard and Zachary Maynard.

      In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to www.samaritanspurse.org.
