- MRS. ALBERT PECK
PRESTON, June 27 - A life-long resident of this district, Mary Krease, 80, widow of the late Albert Peck, died yesterday at St. Mary's Hospital Kitchener. Born in Czechoslovakia, the late Mrs. Peck came to Canada with her parents 72 years age, living in Blair for several years and then moving to her present home on the Preston-Kitchener highway. She has lived here for 60 years. Mrs. Peck had been confined to hospital for nearly four years. Her husband died in 1934. A son, Joseph, two brothers and a sister also predeceased her. Surviving are four sons, William, John, Frank and Albert, all of the Preston-Kitchener Highway. Remains are resting at H. K. Stager Funeral Home until Friday at 10 a.m., when they will be removed to the home of her son, John Peck, Kitchener Highway, from where the funeral will take place on Saturday morning with requiem high mass at St. Clement's R.C. church at 10 a.m. Interment in the R.C. cemetery.
