  WALZ, Sandra June (nee Middlestead) - At Credit Valley Hos-pital, in Mississauga, on December 29, 2004. Dear Mom of Deanne and her hus-band Lorenzo, Trevor and his partner Jennifer, and Jamie. Dear Grandma of Nicole and Joshua. Loving sister of Beverly and her husband Roy. Aunt and cousin to many. Predeceased by her father, Frank and mother, Emma of Kitchener. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of 1E at Credit Valley Hospital, whose com- passion and care aided greatly to Sandra's well being during her stay. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Stephens on-the-Hill United Church, 998 Indian Road, Mississauga on January 4, 2005 at 10: 30 am. Inter- I ment Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener.
