- ONN, Philip Frederick - Passed away, on Monday, September 8, 2003, at St. Mary's Hospital, age 81 years.
Beloved husband of Avis (Hummel), dear father of Stephen and his wife Susan of St. Thomas, Dennis and his wife Susan of Thornhill and Michael and his wife Ann of Kitchener, loving grandfather of seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by his parents, Frederick Onn and Monica Dilliott, his daughter Charleen in 1946 and his brother John Maxwell Onn.
Mr. Onn was an insurance consultant, a member of the Chartered Life Underwriters and a member of the Kitchener Knights of Columbus.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Philip with his family at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo for visitation on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Sunday evening at 8:30 p.m. Parish prayers will be held on Monday. September 15, 2003 at 10:15 a.m. at the funeral home followed by the funeral mass at St. Agnes RC Church, 75
Bluevale St. N., Waterloo on (Monday) at 11 a.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
