  Neustadt, April 5. In the death of Conrad Diebel, which occurred at Neustadt, this district loses one of its oldest citizens. The deceased celebrated his ninety-second birthday only a week before his death. He took up farming in Carrick 67 years ago. The Hamilton Spectator Sat, Apr 07, 1923 Page 12 _________ Death of Aged Pioneer At the age of 92 years, Mr. Conrad Diebel, a very highly respected citizen of Newstadt passed away on March 21st.
