      According to Dr. Edwin Hugmeier, a brother of Dr. D. F. McKinley spent a year or so with him (Dr. H. ), but he was not able to recall the date.

      DR. W. E. MCKINLEY BURIAL ON TUESDAY

      Unionville, July 28 - Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from St. Clement's church, Jones Ave., Toronto, for Dr. William E. McKinley, 79, who practised for 30 years in Toronto's east end. He died at his home here Sunday. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant cemetery. The body now rests at the Ingram funeral home, Gerrard St. E., Toronto.

      In his long years of practice, Dr. McKinley brought more than 14,000 babies into the world. Born in King township, he was a graduate of the University of Toronto, and specialized in obstetrics until his retirement in 1943.

      He was on the staff of the Toronto East General hospital, an honorary member of the Ontario Medical association, the Academy of Medicine and Toronto East Medical association. He frequently contributed cartoons to the Toronto East Medical Bulletin, and was a member of the executive and the editorial staff. He was a member of the Queen's Own Rifles and of Scarboro Golf club. He was interested in bowling and also wrote poetry.

      His wife died in 1934. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Anne E. Purvis, wife of Dr. W. M. Purvis, and Dr. Helen McKinley, on the staff of St. Joseph's hospital and Women's College hospital.
