  LATE MRS. C. SCHWAN LIVED HERE 24 YEARS Passed Away Thursday Evening Following Illness of Four Months Following an illness of four months' duration the death occurred on Thursday evening at 8.30 of Mrs. Christina Schwan at her home, 380 16th street east. Deceased was born in Waterloo, Ont., 63 years ago but has been a resident of Owen Sound for the past twenty-four years. She is very well known here and was always much respected and loved by those who knew her. Her passing was not unexpected as she has been in a serious condition but it was a shock to her friends and and relatives and it leaves a link that will be hard to all. Her husband, Joseph Schwan. predeceased her by twelve years. Her death is mourned particularly by five daughters, Mrs. Chas. Trayner, Owen Sound, Mrs. Mell Fenn, Wiarton, Mrs. Frances Gould, Owen Sound, Emma and Minnie, at home and one son Albert also at home. The surviving sisters and brothers are, Mrs. H. Gross, Toronto, Mrs. Jos. Paterson, Owen Sound, Mr. John Kreutzwiser, Regina, Sask., Mr. Jacob Kreutzwiser, Owen Sound. Mr. George Kreutzwiser, Formosa. Mrs. | Schwan was a most devout member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church and was a faithful member of the Altar Society.
