  COOPER, CHARLOTTE (Nee Gilchrist) On Tuesday evening, June 24, 1930, after an illness of many months. She was a lifelong resident of the district, being born in Puslinch Township 66 years ago. Twelve years ago, she and her husband, the late Jacob Cooper retired from the farm in Puslinch Township and came to live in Hespeler, where Mr. Cooper died two years later. She has since been living with her sister, Miss Bessie Gilchrist. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church. A woman of quiet habits, she was beloved by all who knew her. Survived by sister, Bessie of Cooper St. in Hespeler; Mrs. Galbraith of Mount Forest; and brother, John Gilchrist of Guelph. The funeral was held from the residence on Thursday at 2, June 26. Interment Hespeler Cemetery. -Information from the death certificate: Of Cooper St. in Hespeler. Born on lot 11, concession ?, Puslinch Township on December 6, 1863, daughter of Malcolm Gilchrist and Charlotte McMillan.
