  GLENN GORDON KOCH 1962 - 2006 Passed British away, suddenly in Surrey, Columbia, on Monday, September 23, 2006, at the age of 44 years. Beloved son of Magdalene and Gerhard Koch of Waterloo. Survived by his step brother Ronald and his sister Sylvia as well as several relatives in Germany. Cremation has taken place and interment will take place at a later date.
