  MRS. ALEXANDER MCCONNELL Mrs. Alexander McConnell of 174 Moore Ave., Waterloo died suddenly at her home Tuesday. She was 80. The former Lydia Biesel, she was born in Maryborough Township, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Biesel. She was predeceased by her husband. Surviving are two daughters. Mrs. Mervyn (Evelyn) Shaw of Arthur and Mrs. Stewart (Gladys) Clarke of Garden Grove, Calif.; two brothers, Orlando of Fergus and Emmons of Reno, Nev.; one sister, Mrs. Enos (Angie) Colquhoun of Moorefield; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The body will be at the McAuley Funeral Home, Drayton, after 2 p.m. Thursday until Friday when the service will be held in the chapel at 2 p.m. Rev. Frederick Neill of Drayton Presbyterian Church will officiate. Burial will be in Bethesda cemetery.
