- Joseph Rahskopf Dead.
Joseph Rahskopf, aged 83 years, died at his home in Lawrence last Friday. He leaves a wife and two sons to mourn his loss. Mr. Rahskopf lived in Eudora many years ago and was proprietor and owner of a mill and elevator.
Burial took place last Sunday afternoon at .2:30 o'clock in Oak Hill cemetery. He was a member of the Evangelical church.

An Old Minister Gone.
Mr. Joseph Rahskopf, an aged minister of the Evanglical church, died yesterday afternoon at 1 o'clock at his home, 1035 Pennsylvania street; his funeral will be held at the Evangelical church tomorrow. afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, the Rev. J. K. Young, pastor,conducting the services. Mr. Rahskopf was 83 years old. He came to Kansas in 1852, and rode the circuit among the Indians for years, preaching in several western states.
His ministry covered a period of thirty-five years.

One of the pioneer preachers of our Conference, Joseph Rahskopf, died six weeks ago in his home in Lawrence and his wife followed in death several weeks later. It certainly is a grand thing when two old pilgrims need not be separated many years as is the case frequently.

Found Dead in Her Bed.
Mrs. Joseph Rahskopf, wife of Joseph Rahskopf whose death and burial were announced a few days ago, was found dead in her bed at 1035 Pennsylvania street this morning. Mrs. Rahskopf had been ailing for several months, being a sufferer from heart and kidney troubles.
Arrangements for her funeral have not yet been made, but will be announced later. Mrs. Rahskopf was 75 years old.
