  BOTH, Alois\emdash Peacefully, on Wednesday, April 7, 1999, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, Alois Both, in his 73rd year, of Elmira. Loving friend and companion of Marianne Ludwig; dear father of Peter and Sharon of Elmira, Helga and Doug Ruth of St. Jacobs, Gabriele and Nick Nemeth of Stratford. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Angela and Natalie Both, Jason, Jeffrey and Jessica Ruth, Erica and Tyler Nemeth. Also remembered by Rose Gummow and Jennifer, Chris and Greg Jacobs and Jessica, all of Waterloo. Brother of Peter Boht of Linwood and four brothers and one sister in Germany. Special friend of Anni Ost of Listowel. Predeceased by his wife, Linda Both (1984). The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m. followed by interment in Elmira Union Cemetery.
