  William Albert Sims 7 May, 1925 \endash 4 April, 2018 William Albert Sims passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at the age of 92. Bill commenced his working career as a Bank Accountant with the Dominion Bank of Canada in Northern Ontario, Hespeler, and Toronto. He served in the RCAF as a Flight Sergeant during World War II and was loaned to RAF while in England. After Bill's time in the military, he worked for 30 years for Canadian General Electric. He was a fair and righteous man who was not afraid to stick to his guns or stand up for what was right. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 69 years, Audrey Sims (nee Carscadden). He is also survived by his brother Robert Sims and his wife Marie of Woodstock, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Bill was predeceased by his parents Kate and George Sims, daughter Gai Sims, and one daughter in infancy. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. Interment at Parklawn Cemetery will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
