- YOST, William C. Jr. - Suddenly, on Monday, Feb. 19, 1996, in Mississauga, William Christian Yost, of Kitchener.
William was born in Wellesley township 54 years ago.
William was employed at T & T Overland Express for the past 2½ years. He was also 32 year employee of the former Inter City Truck Lines. He enjoyed sports especially Old Timers Hockey and also coached minor sports in Kitchener for many years. Loving husband of Susan C. (Obermok) Yost whom he married in London in 1964.
Cherished father of Karen and her husband Mike Burley, Willie Yost, Jamie Yost and Nick Yost, all of Kitchener. Beloved son of William and Irene Yost of Milverton. Dear brother of Norman and his wife Maryann Yost of RR 2, Wellesley, Margaret and her husband Ross Kelterborn of Wellesley. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Anne and Katie Burley. Beloved son-in-law of Nick Obermok of Golden Lake, Ont. and the late Anne Obermok. Will be missed by all of Susan's family. Visitation on Thursday, Feb. 22, 1996 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Evangel Community Church, 112 Spadina St. W., Kitchener. The funeral service will be conducted at the church at 3 p.m. on Thursday. Pastor Bill Page will officiate.
Cremation will follow. Memorials to the Canadian Diabetes Association, would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy may be placed through the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, Wellesley at 656-2880.
