    • BLACKIE, Ronald Morell - At his home, on Wednesday, February 25, 2004. Ron Blackie at the age of 75 years. Dear husband of Jennifer. Loved father of Susan (Edward Stavin) of Oakville, Barbara (Carlos Livingstone-Henry) of Hamilton, Robert Blackie (Erin) of Burlington, Martin and Ann Knowles of Guelph. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Brianne, Mary Lynn, and David. Dear brother of Cathie Ross of Unionville. Predeceased by his parents Jean and Morell Blackie. Ron was a member of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity and the Lake Rosseau North Association. He was a former board member of the Elliott Group and the YMCA. Ron was a charter member of the Rotary Club of Guelph Trillium and an active member of the Rotary Club of Guelph, he was a member of Guelph Wellington Men's Club and the Probus Club. Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL - McIntyre and Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph (from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday). Service at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL on Saturday. February 28. 2004 at 11 a.m. with Archdeacon Peter B. Moore officiating. Memorial contributions to the Guelph General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
