- NEUMANN, Nina J. - At K-W Hospital, on Sunday, May 17, 1987, after a lengthy illness, the former Nina Johanna Goetze, of 270 Lester St., Waterloo, aged 62 years.
She was a member of the University Catholic Community and the Christian Life Community.
Wife of Erwin; mother Yvonne (Mrs. John Sturhahn) of Duncan, B.C., Yvette (Mrs. John Bunton) of Waterloo; sister of Eberhard and Pastor John Goetze, both of Kitchener, Paul of Burnaby, B.C., Tabea (Mrs. Heinz Vogel) of Baden. Four grandchildren, Julian, Christy, Jamie and Andrew also survive.
Predeceased by her parents; one son, Andre Peter; three brothers, Emmanuel, Oswald and Benjamin and one sister, Elizabeth.
A funeral mass will be held from Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Waterloo, on Thursday at 10 a.m., with Father Bob Liddy, CR and Father Norm Choate, CR officiating. Cremation to follow.
At the request of the family, there will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Donations to the Resurrection, Notre Dame and St. Jerome Colleges or the Canadian Hearing Association may be made as expressions of sympathy through the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener or by phoning 745-9495.
