      LINWOOD, May 18. - Mrs. Clara Giese died suddenly at the K-W Hospital last night. She was the widow of Bruno Giese. Deceased was a daughter of Mrs. Mary Duench, R.R. 1, Wallenstein, and the late Stephen Duench. She was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church. Surviving, besides her mother, are four sons, William, St. Jacobs; [unreadable name] and Harold at [unreadable], Earl of Waterloo; six daughters, Mrs. Russell (Nellie) Robinson, Mrs. Lorne (Rose) Schnarr and Mrs. Arthur (Elma) Pinke, all of Waterloo; Mrs. John (Irene) Jurchuk, Kitchener; Mrs. Frank [(Lor…?)] [unreadable] [unreadable] Ind., and Nelda at home; five brothers, Charles and Andrew Duench, R.R. 1, Wallenstein; Norman, Waterloo; Albert and Aaron, New Dundee; five sisters, Miss Louise Duench, R.R. 1, Wallenstein; Mrs. August Schneider, Hawkesville; Mrs. Edwin Hackbart, Bamberg; Miss Irene Duench, Waterloo, and Miss Laura Duench, Petersburg. The funeral will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Linwood, with Rev. H. Goos officiating. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery. The body will be at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira, until Sunday at 1 p.m. when removal will be made to St. Peter's Church here. Friends are asked to pay their respects prior to the time of service.
