  Mrs. Blonda I. Reiss Mrs. Blonda I. Reiss, 36, of Niagara Falls, died at Ithaca Memorial Hospital yesterday, following an operation. The body was taken to her home in Niagara Falls for funeral and interment. Besides her husband, Howard F. Reiss, she is survived by one son and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William H. Nicholson.
