    • KAUFMAN, Mrs. Oscar (Paula) Peacefully, on Thursday, Dec 20, 1984, after a brief illness, the former Paula J Huras, aged 86 years, of 50 Askin Place. Kitchener.

      Beloved wife of Oscar W Kaufman, dear mother of James and his wife Elsie of St. Catharines, Catherine and her husband Wilfred Butler of Toronto, Kenneth and his wife Jean of Kitchener, Douglas and his wife Nora of Georgetown, Joan and her husband John Douglas of Stratford and Sandra of Toronto; sister of Clara (Mrs. Clayton Schmidt) and Edwin Huras, both of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by her 18 grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren.

      Predeceased by her sisters, Margaret Main and Emilie Schmidt; her brothers, Eckert, William and Herman and her parents, William Huras and the former Catherine Wagner.

      Mrs. Kaufman was a member of Hope Lutheran Church and formerly a member of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.

      Friends may call at the Ratz- Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener after 7 p.m. this eve- ning until 9 a.m. Saturday, then at Hope Lutheran Church, 30 Shaftesbury Drive, Kitchener, for the funeral and committal service Saturday at 11 a.m., Rev. Kenneth Zorn officiating. Interment Woodland cemetery.
