- JOSEPH EISENMENGER
There died, at his home, two miles southwest of Linwood, on Wednesday, April 12th, after a lengthy illness, Joseph Eisenmenger, aged 81.
The deceased was born near Linwood, in 1858, and had been a lifelong resident and farmer in the Wellesley Township. He was of Roman Catholic religion, and was a member of St. Mary's Church, Linwood.
He is survived by three sisters, Miss Catherine, at home, Mrs. Agnes Riff, of Arthur, and Mrs. Theresa Rau, of Elmira. One brother, Gustav, west of Linwood, also survives.
The funeral was held on Saturday, April 15th, at St. Clements R.C. Church, St. Clements. Interment was made in St. Clements Cemetery. Rev. V. J. Morgan officiated.
