A one-storey stucco house constructed in circa 1874 and a one-storey fieldstone outbuilding which pre-dates the house. Associated with John Livergood who came from North Caroline in 1808. An outbuilding made of fieldstone was a bake-over and smokehouse and was constructed prior to 1874.
