      Charles Doherty of Kitchener, brother of Patrick of Shakespeare. died Tuesday. September 24 at St. Mary's Hospital. He was 72.

      Born in Hesson. April 28. 1896. the deceased was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Doherty. He came to Kitchener area 50 years ago.

      Surviving, besides his brother Patrick, are four other brothers. Herbert of Kitchener. Aloysius and Thomas

      Requiem high mass was held Friday at St Mary's Church.

      Burial took place in Woodland cemetery.
