  WILLIAM ALBERT DECKERT By Record Correspondent GLEN ALLAN, Aug. 7. The death of William Albert Deckert of Glen Allan occurred on Sunday at the K-W Hospital, where he had been confined for four weeks. Deceased was 60 years old, born Sept. 20. 1884, in Linwood. He was employed as a blacksmith in Glen Allan. His parents are Mrs. John Deckert of Linwood and the late Mr. Deckert. His first wife, nee Jennie Hutton, died in 1930. Surviving are his wife, the former Emmaline Hanson of Kitchener, whom he married in 1932. Of the second marriage, three sons and one daughter survive and of the first, one son, Clare of the Canadian Army overseas and four daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Delphine) Rolls. Listowel; Mra F. (Mildred) GowIng, Kitchener, Mrs. Edward (Violet) Lichty, Elmira; and Gladys. with the C.W.A.C. In Toronto. One granddaughter, Jean Gowing, six brothers and four sisters are als living. A son died in 1923 and a daughter in 1917. Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow afternoon in Glen Allan United Church. Remains are resting at Dreisinger Funeral Chapel until Wednesday at 1 p.m., when removal will be made to the church. Friends are requested to pay their respecta prior to the service.
